Baji99 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the baji99 website at baji99.world, by registering an account, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and baji99 ("the Platform," "we," "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the baji99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a baji99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. baji99 does not permit gaming by anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a real person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-human registrations are not eligible to hold accounts on baji99.
• You must not be accessing baji99 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal situation before registering.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register that covers online gaming platforms. If you have previously self-excluded from baji99, you must not attempt to re-register a new account during the exclusion period.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for a third party in relation to gaming activity on baji99.

baji99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts of players who cannot verify their eligibility will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on baji99. Creating, owning, or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all associated funds, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration on baji99 and must keep your account information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment method details. baji99 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baji99 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. baji99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling all available security features on your account. You must notify baji99 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

baji99 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from sharing your credentials with third parties.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

baji99 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, a passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji99 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods may change from time to time — the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the baji99 cashier interface. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily/weekly withdrawal caps also apply and are subject to change at baji99's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-funded balances are available for withdrawal.
• Your account must not be under investigation or have any pending disputes.

4.4 Processing Times

baji99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. Card withdrawals follow the card network's standard timelines. Processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. baji99 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the transaction will not be credited to your gaming balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses and free spin winnings on baji99 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered through qualifying games before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 25x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets must be completed. Specific wagering multipliers are listed with each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on baji99 carry an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated timeframe result in the bonus funds being removed from the account. Real money balances deposited in the same session are not affected by bonus expiry.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

baji99 monitors all bonus activity. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, withdrawal suspension, or account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposing outcomes with the same or connected accounts)
• Claiming a bonus with no genuine intention to use the platform beyond bonus completion

5.5 Referral Programme

The baji99 Refer a Friend programme rewards players for introducing genuine new players to the platform. Referral bonuses are only credited when a referred player registers using the referrer's unique link and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any form of referral fraud are prohibited and will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

baji99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation within the baji99 interface. A bet that is not confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue is not a valid bet and will not be settled.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes — baji99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. baji99 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical faults outside its control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For cricket, official match results as determined by the relevant governing body are used for settlement. For football, official results at full time (90 minutes plus added time, excluding extra time and penalties unless the market explicitly covers them) determine outcomes.

Live in-play betting markets on baji99 are updated in real time. Odds can change or markets can be suspended at any moment. Bets placed on suspended markets will be rejected. baji99 is not liable for any delays between real-world events and their reflection in live betting odds.

• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity in any way

Players who are found to have engaged in fraud are permanently banned from the platform and may face legal action.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the baji99 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of baji99, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with baji99 support within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service. baji99 commits to engaging constructively in any such process.

For sports betting disputes, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body is final and binding. For technical disputes regarding game outcomes, the server-side records maintained by baji99 and its game providers are the authoritative source and override any client-side display discrepancy.
